MU Extension pasture and forage management workshop is scheduled at 2 pm, Friday, August 2 at Centennial Building, Vernon County Youth Fairgrounds, 1488 E. Ashland St. Nevada. Register along with a $10 payment by Thursday August 1 at the Vernon County Mu Extension Center, 100 W. Cherry St. Vernon County Courthouse, Nevada. Topic includes reducing weeds in pastures increses grazable acres for cattle which should improve pasture utilization and profit potential for the cattle operation.
